Jarle Lillemoen
Jarle Lillemoen
Jarle Lillemoen, Ph.D. is a native of Norway. He arrived on the
shores of the US when he was just hitting puberty in its full
potential. Very confusing. About that time, he started playing
guitar and writing songs. The writing and playing has been very
much a therapeutic and meditative process for Jarle. His
main interests in song-writing are driven by his desire to
understand the world and how can we improve our life and
increase our joy and health. Some early influences on Dr.
Lillemoen's thinking are Dr. Timothy Leary, Dr. Wilhelm Reich,
and Robert Anton Wilson. Jarle likes music a lot and hopes to be
able to rock for as long as possible.
Jarle's interests right now is learing as much as possible
about how to live a sustainable lifestyle, producing energy
locally (be it biomass, geothermal energy, wind, solar, and
local farming). These themes are reflected in Jarle's songs.

Mo Pair
Mo Pair
Mo has been slinging the bass in Grass for over 10 years.
That's what Mo considers himself in Grass. He does sing and play guitar, guitar
less often; of the electric variety, usually.
A little more on Mo:
As lead singer/guitarist for two of Austin's more interesting bands
(Grass, Groovin Ground) many Austin music fans know Mo Pair as an animated,
chapeau-topped rocker. His solo work is from a whole 'nuther place.
Native American chants and songs, recounts of magical journeys and of
people and loves lost are ingredients in a Mo Pair stew.
He is often accompanied by other sympathetic musicians and singers that
add a symphonic texture to his music.
